The Clinical Confidence Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at info@clinicalpatternmethod.com with your order number. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Because this is a digital product with instant delivery, you are not required to "return" any files. You may keep all downloaded materials regardless of refund status.

Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items Gift cards and purchases made with discount codes of 50% or more are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Delivery All products are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. No physical items are shipped. There are no shipping costs, return labels, or physical returns involved.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
